As you embark on the Classic Everest Base Camp Trek, you will be treated to a truly unforgettable experience. The trek begins with a bus ride from Kathmandu to Jiri, after which we will start our journey on foot. Along the way, we will pass through charming village areas and have the opportunity to observe the culture and lifestyle of the Sherpa people. We will also have the chance to enjoy traditional, authentic food in the warm and hospitable tea houses that we encounter on our journey. As we make our way through the region, we may see people using Yaks to transport goods, and we will encounter numerous monasteries and stupas that reflect the rich Buddhist culture of the area. You may also spot prayer wheels, prayer flags, and huge rocks carved and painted with Buddhist mantras at various points along the trail.
